According to many researchers, there have been facts where the Security Council of the United Nations has suffered a major setback. This setback is in terms of legitimacy concerning the fact that it led to the process of decision-making in the Supreme Court. It especially operates in a manner that concerns their voting patterns relating to the constitutional matters, though it appears to be unrepresentative (Schaefer). However, it is important to note the fact that the notion of unrepresentativeness concerning the Security Council is functional in extending to the UN General Assembly, therefore, it leads to a situation where member states will have one vote each on the matter without even having any consideration for size.Since the United Security Council currently consists of members like Spain and New Zealand so, therefore, I will choose them.
