Objectivity of Law
“No man can read the thoughts of another” is a principle of wide application in law. Clearly no authority can impose Sanctions upon the thoughts of its subjects, although in some societies in the past this has been attempted.The Law will recognise motives but only as far as they are apparent and can be imputed from the actions followed them.In otherwards it is with actions and not with thoughts and feelings, that Law is concerned. Discuss. (10marks
