    Globalization can be defined as the process, in which any organization interact and conduct the business at the international level. It has been seen most of the big corporation conduct their work globally and play crucial role in managing the fabric of the system (Krugman). Globalization is a multi-step procedure, which become successful on active interaction between people, organization and government of the places where business is going to be conduct. There are several factors, which influenced in bringing about globalization; these factors are investment, international trade and information technology.
