In the heat of the COVID-19 pandemic, both governments none governmental

organizations (NGO’s) purchased and distributed personal protective

equipment’s (PPEs). Some worker at the various centers where the PPEs were

received started stealing and selling the PPEs in the open market. The

government has decided to build a website to monitor the distribution of PPEs

in the country. The website should have an interface where manufactures,

distributors and hospitals can interact with the system.
