The adaptive strategy is the most important of all strategies as it will help in the

degree of risk associated with the organization. The disadvantage with this strategy is the method
to manage changes and obtain the positive responses from the employees.

maximum market share. This is performed with the help of PESTEL analysis so that the factors
influencing the organization can be taken into consideration and managed. The advantage of this
strategic alternative is that it will give better idea on the market background and the basic
strategies that will enable the organization to grow after overcoming the entrants. The
disadvantage is the poor understanding or poor choice of market or poor format of analysis that
will affect the attainment of goals of the organization.
Competitive strategy is one such strategy that every healthcare organization should keep

best way to manage the competitive strategy is to deploy the SWOT analysis. The advantage is

exclusively for innovation. The execution seems to have better result with proper leadership
strategies and performance management of the employees who are involved in the health care
