For the purpose of this activity, the programs you select should be prime-time dramas for mature audiences. Record the number of times a person or animal is subjected to physical violence. Remember that physical violence is everything from shoving to shooting. When you have finished collecting your data, create a graph that illustrates the number of violent acts for the shows that you watched. You have just done quantitative research and you will probably be amazed at the results.
