Qno1) A 45 years old patient comes to you with chief complain of neck pain along with stiffness and the pain radiate to the right shoulder and arm. The patient also complained of headaches at the back of the head just above the neck and travel over the top to the forehead. On Further examination it was noticed that the frequency of the pain increased by cervical movement but the severity of the pain is increasing more by looking up to the ceiling the pain is not relieved by any kind of Rest. The previous history of the patient showed that 3 years back he was involved in major car accident. 1)What will be the possible diagnosis of the patient?
