She injured her lower back eight years ago by lifting heavy object after that she constantly complained of Lower back pain. On examination, she Felt difficulty while lifting up from the chair and walked with an antalgic left-sided limp. lumbar spine range of motion was painful and limited the pain usually decreased when a patient take rest or sits down or lean forward. 3) What is the possible causes of the above condition?
