The Autobiography of Malcolm X by Alex Heley is a great as well as fabulous book, which encounter the life history of Malcolm X who had remained a social activist and the most influential man of 20th century. Throughout his autobiography, he had mentioned his struggle and journey from jail cell to Mecca and his huge transformation from gangster to Muslim pastor.
The Autobiography of Malcolm X was hailed by New York Times and was mentioned as remarkable, difficult, splendid as well as impressive book. This book really portrays message that how a man can change themselves along with circumstances and after facing the bitter battle could stand against the situation boldly with courage and confidence.
This autobiography recounts the life of Malcolm X from his traumatic childhood who was bitterly plagued by racism to his years as drug dealer as well as pimp. It is primarily the political as well as religious organization, which was founded in the United States in 1930 by Wallace Fard Muhammad with a major aim to focus on the African exodus especially on the African Americans (Polizzi, 2019).
The main beliefs and teaching of the Nation of Islam are the Cosmogony and the tribe of the Shabazz, the story, or the myth of Yaqoob and the white race, eschatology and the mother plan, Black Nationalism and separatism, gender, and sexuality. The nation of Islam teaches that there none of the Gods are immortal, all dies at a specific time, at which a new God would take their space.
They also believe that the first God was consciously took the form of black man and hence, the idea of a black man as God is the central idea to their theology. Each citizens believes that God is present within the individual self and no individual is bad by any mean. It also teaches that black race in its self is divine and is considered as God. Hence, the citizen considered that no individual should be discriminate in any form and no one should remain deprived by any means.
