Purpose

To practice encoding a metadata file using a selected encoding scheme covered in class.

Description

Create an encoded metadata file using Dublin Core encoded in RDF/XML or Schema.org encoded in JSON. You may use the resource you already described in Assign 3 for this assignment, or you may choose a different resource as you desire.

Examples/Suggestions

Use one of the templates provided to describe your resource if possible. In the case of Schema.org, if you have chosen another Schema.org type, you can still use the templates as a guide.

Submission

Submit an XML or JSON file with correct extension (.xml or .json). If you are using RDF/XML you should use the extension .rdf instead, but .xml will do. Encoded metadata created in a word processor document will not be accepted for this assignment. You should create your file in a text editor or XML editor.

Your XML or JSON file must validate for full points. Use an online validator or an XML editor to validate your file.
