Conveyance and establishment of a reasonable equipment, establishment and arrangement of SAP framework, testing, and provisioning of end client preparing to the head office staff (in their pertinent areas).Identify key super clients – per module (subsequent to preparing) to setup a client acknowledgment testing group that would help encourage the close down process for go live. Finally, the main benefit of the project is to expand company’s Head office server space to suit the new equipment facilitating development and decided on potential technical solutions to bring improvement in business and to ensure customer satisfaction.

Project Requirements/ Major Deliverables/Milestones
