Introduction
Adolescent is the age between 13 to 21 where in an individual faces changes and mat
urity in
their physiology as well as psychology. Age, stage of life and maturity or growing up brings
in multiple changes for every individual. As a person ages physically and mentally, there are
several chances in behavior, appearance, emotions, cognition ability and social behavior
(David R Shum way, 2000). The stage in which an individual is greatly influences his ability
to think and levels of maturity. The stages of life result in changes in behavior, cognition
abilities and several other dimensions which creates an appropriate level of growth and
power as well as individuality and personality (Last, C. G., Hansen, C., & Franco, N., 1998).
