Try making a program that uses interrupts to flash 3 LEDs on and off. The first LED will flash on and off at a rate determined by you– just ensure that it is a reasonable rate so its not too quick to see or too slow that you fall asleep waiting for a change. The second LED will flash on and off at twice the rate of the first LED, and the third LED will flash on and off at three times the rate of the first LED.
