A new manufacturing company is being introduced in the market, which aims at producing different types of clothing. As per the requirements of this project the structural composition of the manufacturing company has been shown in detail. Starting from the operational strategies of the company to the promotional strategy and the ways, which the company would follow to improvise its service, has been discussed in this assignment with every necessary detail.
