Overview
This project is regarding spread of an essential awareness program that was the need o
f the hour during the COVID-19 crisis. The COVID-19 pandemic is one of the most disastrous ones, which the world has ever faced. Besides, according to the WHO guidelines, there were adaptation of several other methods like home quarantine and social distancing in order to stop the virus from spreading (Hiscott et al., 2020). However, the most important one is the practice of the proper sanitisation methods or hand sanitisation and implementation of the same amongst the healthcare workers.

Hence, this would add to their strengths. Similarly, if beneficence is promoted, then they will have the intention to do well of others, along with non-maleficence making them not harm others. In order to research properly on the efficacy of hand hygiene in clinical workplace accompanying infection control, they require assessing health care workers compliance with 5 moments of hand hygiene, implement strategies to maintain appropriate hand hygiene to reduce the rate of infection in the patients if followed properly by the healthcare workers.
This study was conducted in an aged care facility by final year nursing students as a part of their nursing project. The project was to...
