Develop and cultivate collaborative partnerships and relationships
Student Name:- Navneet Kaur
Organisation this assessment is based on :- King Edward VIII College

Section 1 :- Determine Partnership outcomes
The name of the organisation is King Edward VIII College based out of Melbourne
CBD with an additional campus in Sydney. The college offers courses in
management, marketing, human resources and international business. The vision
of our college is to provide best is class education services at a competitive price
to our students.
The strategic objective and goal for the organisation is to ensure to keep up the
pace with the current disruption due to an unpredicted global pandemic caused
by Novel Coronavirus also known as “Covid-19”. My role is the organisation is to
oversee and manage all staff and students academic activities required to develop
the knowledge base and skills. The role is very critical, as the job is to directly
implement and align CEO vision and collaborate with employees and students.
A new collaborative partnership is required as we as an organisation have a
humungous task to achieve and in addition, a new structure of education needs a
new world class experience to be given to students and this needs a never before
partnership and meetings of minds when it comes to the shared vision from CEO
to students everyone should be aligned to the purpose and execution of change.
I believe the entire project require collaborative partnership but the TOP 3 tasks
that I can think of are
1. New E learning partner onboarding
2. Drafting new SOPs for employees and students
3. Audit process
My role will be to keep the objective and goal in sync during the entire project
implementation. As we are known for our educational services, it is important to
keep in mind that this experience can change once we go from offline studies to
online mode. The new model can also bring instability into employees mind –
which can only be addressed by keeping them comfortable and part of change
from the beginning. The communication needs to be very strong and comforting
which I will try to keep as a heart of this project.
The project implementation has few very important aspects – documentation and
audit. These activities cannot be considered as the last part of the project, in fact
we will have to keep our focus on these things from day one.
To begin we will have to re-evaluate our standard operating procedures also
known as SOPs and need to make necessary changes wherever required.
For example, one of our policies says, “employees should clarify who’s authorized
to access records” – This whole process will be meaningless without an effective
partnership between employees.
In our organisation many effective partnership already exists and it is one of the
key reason of our success so far, one of the exemplary partnership is assessors
and trainers.
