It has been observed that project management is one of the most important tools for making a company successful. Furthermore, project management tends to include planning and organization of a firm’s resources for moving a specific event towards completion. Furthermore, it can include an ongoing activity or a one-time activity as well as resources managed consists of finances, technology, etc. On the contrary, project pitfall is regarded as quite dangerous as it can hinder the success of a project to a great extent for example, poor communication.
