This project undertook and delivered

Lessons Learned Documentation: Process used
At the outset, process refers to group of actions / activities that are interrelated and performed for achieving specified products services / results, and outcomes. The overall purpose in terms of the process for lessons learned in this project was in defining the activities which are required for successfully capturing as well as using the lessons learned. The exact process used for this project with respect to lessons learned is illustrated above and entails five different steps of [1] identify, [2] document, [3] analyse, [4] store, and [5] retrieve. In essence, lessons could be and has to be identified over the course of project across all phases and not just when the project is closed (McClory et al., 2017; Bark et al., 2016; Bost, 2018).
