Project is based around breaking the project down into easily manageable tasks. For each task, you have the ability to add the following information: • Task duration • Dependencies, and constraints on the task • Start and finish times of the task • Resources (and costing) required to fulfil the task  For easy control over your project, tasks can be nested or grouped into phases. Task within a phase can be hidden to allow an overview of the project to be viewed. The first task you enter into a project should be the project name. All subsequent tasks should be subordinate (or indented) to the project name.
