After Poland, Romania is the second largest city and total area is about 238,397 km2.
Longitudes of the capital city is 20o15’44” and 29o41’
24” East.
Latitude of the capital city is between 43o37’07” and 48o15’06” North.
The country is covered by several neighbouring countries.
Hungary is located in the northwest side of Romania, Serbia is placed in the southwest, and Bulgaria is placed in south.
Black sea is placed on southeast of the Romania.

The official language of Romania is Romanian.
Other languages that are used in Romania are English, French, German, Hungarian, Spanish and Italian.

The major agricultural products of Romania include corn and barley.
Other products include milk, eggs and wool.
Pharmaceutical industry, electric machinery and equipment production industry are the major industries operating in Romania.
Main rivers are Mures (473 miles long), Olt (382 miles long) Prut (461 miles long), lalomita (259miles long), Siret (347 miles long), Somes (233 miles long) and Arges (217 miles on Romania's territory).
About ninety eight percent of these rivers spring from the Carpathian Mountains in Romania.
