PROJECT CHARTER Generate a project charter for the project that you have selected.  The project charter must contain the following sections:  Name and title of project.  Purpose or justification of the project.  Measurable project objectives and related success criteria.  Major project stakeholders.  High level requirements.  Assumptions and constraints.  High level project description.  High level risks.  Summary milestone schedule.  Summary budget.  Project approval requirements.  Assigned project manager responsibility and authority.  Name and authority of the sponsor or other persons authorising the project charter.
