Part C
To confirm that you have covered all the gaps from the WHS policy review for The Loft, you need to seek advice from others. One way to seek advice from others is to utilise external sources to confirm requirements.
Go to SafeWork Australia website and review the duties of employees to ensure current obligations are addressed in the Loft’s WHS policy. Copy and paste these obligations below and provide the weblink from the SafeWork Australia website.

Record videosAttach filesSave2

Part C
It’s been three (3) months since you have implemented and communicated the First Aid policy to all employees. You have received the below email from the management team at The Loft.
Hi,
Firstly, thank you for working with us to improve our WHS compliance and providing recommendations on training and developing our first aid policy.
Recently I have observed that incident reports have not been completed by staff, and the first aid supplies are running low.
I know of one incident that occurred when one (1) staff member cut themselves when removing a glass from the dishwasher, but there was no incident report logged.
What do we need to do?
Thanks
