B.    During the project, you will be asked to optimize the project for cost and time.



Alterations/Revisions to the already created documents and MS Project documentation will result from the development of the WBS, Project Network, and from optimizing the project for cost, time and resource workload.


    Include documentation showing the methods used to estimate time and costs, and the development of the Project Network and Critical Path.


These sections of the Project Plan must clearly demonstrate the processes undertaken to optimize the project, with a particular emphasis on aspects relating to cost, time and resource workload.
