The health care service delivery system focuses on the improvement of good health in people communities and region rather than on diseases. As mentioned by Lakhani (2020), the system is more people centered or patient centered and not disease centered. Now, there are some ways, which can be implemented in order to improve the service delivery in the system. For starters, we have proper communication.
