Problem: quality of life (QOL) is complex and composed of multiple dimensions. According to WHO. Quality of life is an important dimension of health . it is a subjective term which varies from person to person and depends on each individual’s capacity to cope with a situation.

Nurse job satisfaction play a vital role on quality of nursing care. Several factors affecting the level of job satisfaction one of that is quality of life . Quality of life can affect level of nurse job satisfaction which could be affect the nursing care of patient .


Objective / Purpose: to determine whether there is a relation between job satisfaction and
quality of life among registered nurses work in government hospital in najran region.
Specific aim:
1-    Describe the characteristics of participants

2-    Determine the quality of life of Registered nurses work in government hospital in najran region.
3-    Explore significant differences in (quality of life) according to (Gender, Age, nationality, years of experience  ) .
