Problem: ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise Portal are quite limited in managing tabular and related information. The "out of the box" capabilities are limited to simply updating existing rows of such information.

Solution: As such there is a requirement to design and build a widget to use within ESRI's Web AppBuilder framework (https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/10.7/use/welcome.htm):

·Insert records into tables and related tables, recognising referential integrity.

·Update records into tables and related tables.

·Delete records from tables and related tables, recognising referential integrity.
