1. The sale price of one refrigerator is $1600. The total number of refrigerators purchased by the buyer are 40 refrigerators. Hence the total sale price of the 40 refrigerator is $64000 (1600*40).
2. The charge for transporting each refrigerator is $550. Along with the freight charge there is also a charge of 12% for Harmonized Sales Tax of British Columbia. Hence the total cost of transporting one refrigerator is $616 (550+12%). Since the total shipment contains 40 refrigerators, hence the cost of the entire shipment will be $24640 (616*40).
