Context: Agile software development is both an incremental and iterative software development methodology. A working understanding of Agile methodology is critical to IS project management. This group assessment requires you to present your understanding of an aspect of Agile methodology or a specific implementation of Agile (e.g. Scrum) and apply it to a real-life IS project. Instructions: 1. Choose an implementation of Agile Software Development Methodology (‘Agile’), which includes:  Extreme Programming (XP);  Scrum;  Any other implementation of Agile. Prepare and deliver a 7-minute PowerPoint presentation answering the following questions: Q1. What are the four values of the Agile manifesto? What is the meaning of each of these values? Q2. What are the twelve Agile manifesto principles? What is the meaning of each of these principles? Q3. Conduct a comparison between Agile and the traditional predictive model. In what aspects do they differ from each other? For example, their attitude towards changes in the project. Q4. Provide a detailed description of the chosen implementation of Agile. Explain why it is considered an implementation of Agile. Q5. Discuss the following statement. To what extent do you agree or disagree with it? Provide a clear standing and argue for your position.
