Being a mindful leader is not an easy task, but those who have emerged as mindful
lead
ers have attained some specific feats that might seem quite astonishing for the onlookers and
for the followers. It is to ascertain how mindful leaders actually attained the status of mindful
leaders, recently, I interviewed Mr. XYZ, a community leader who has brought about myriads of
positive changes in the community, ushering hope and positivity into the minds of myriad of
individuals. It is by interviewing Mr. XYZ that I came to realize what it takes to be a mindful
leader in the true sense.
