XYZ International Healthcare Group consists of secondary and tertiary hospitals together with satellite clinics and ambulatory care centers that are allocated in the different GCC countries. The ZYZ group has central governance board in Riyadh, KSA with Quality Section that is responsible for planning, monitoring and improving the quality and patient safety. You as a member of the Quality and Patient Safety Section have been assigned the responsibility to lead a team todevelop and present a full Report that contain important information that will guide the director board to oversee performance of XYZ and to compare its performance with the competitors in the market. You final Document should include the followings core components: 1. STRATEGY that will help you to identify and develop the necessary indicators. 2. The most important TEN Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety with a template for each and indicate what to include in the template form.
