Prepare an essay (900-words minimum) which evaluates the primary source - Frederick Douglass, "Appeal to Congress for Impartial Suffrage" (Atlantic Monthly, Jan. 1867) - using the “P.A.P.E.R.” system. Specifically, your essay must provide a clear and substantive discussion of the all of the following:

- andRelate this primary source to another primary source. There are several primary sources printed in your Give Me Liberty textbook, and hundreds more available at the campus library.
