When we interviewed a manager, many questions, as well as thoughts, came to our mind. But the main thing that we were concerned about was “Who would we interview?” People operate businesses to make profits. Most of the business entrepreneurs are business oriented moreover they always dream of making most of their investments. Diverse entrepreneurs will business enterprise into diverse businesses depending on various factors: the amount of the capital to be easily invested location, ready-to-market availability, business growth potential, and risk rates. Before investing, business strengths and opportunities should be considered (Akella, 2005).
Aim
This interview aims at what managers really do, challenges managers face and interesting lessons learned from experience. The purpose of this paper is to critically analyze manager moreover his business after having successfully interviewed him about the manager’s position and his investment as a manager.
Scope

Any company or organization will have some shortcomings and rewards. The main objective of any business philosophy is to maximize returns and reduce threats, challenges, and shortcomings. After Mr. interviewed Kirby Brown explained some of the challenges facing the company concerning his business and his role as business manager. Competition is the main challenge facing this business. With more than six similar software businesses in the region, Kirby Brown has been working hard to figure out ways to improve performance and ensure the largest number of customers. Another challenge is decision making. Through this commercial enterprise, Kirby Brown observed that few decisions may not benefit the company at all. Consumer trends are completely unpredictable in his organization, so it is difficult to increase the services and reduce the risks. The current economic instability is another major challenge. This reduced the number of clients or customers willing to use software development services (Bratton & Gold, 2017).
Despite all these challenges this business faces, there are some rewards also. As Mr. Kirby Brown said, he can pay a higher salary for himself. In general, this business has been successful. Under his strong strategy as a business manager, the business has likewise established his expertise as well as experience. In the future, he chose to expand his business by simply opening a new software development business. This institution completely changed his entire life. Management skills are a lot of things you hear in abstraction; however, you may find yourself unable to define the true meaning of the term. Management skills can help you manage others effectively in the broadest sense. While some skills vary depending on your industry, in almost all work environments several technologies are common. Managers motivating employees are the company's real assets. This type of interaction improves not only productivity and employee satisfaction however also provides a good example. Recruiting managers are looking for managers who can identify and encourage employees to develop skills. The best managers have a strong insight into areas that can be improved furthermore know how to deal diplomatically with them so that workers feel encouraged and motivated to make more productive changes, not because of their shortcomings (Glăveanu & Lubart, 2014).
The right skills allow managers to identify, confront and overcome workplace problems. First, I must pay attention to detail of problems. Top management can identify problems and identify the root cause of the problem before everyone understands the problem in the company. Analytical skills in management are likewise important. As a manager, I must know which data is mainly relevant to our industry, how to collect it, in addition, what the meaning numbers mean. One most important responsibility of managers is to communicate effectively with all people working under them and other managers all through the company.
