    The public health and wellbeing frameworks are designed to support communities in terms of ser
ving them with quality healthcare services. The Victorian Public Health and Wellbeing Outcomes Framework are structured in a way that it covers the needs and expectations of the community people living in various Victorian societies. The major issue that remains central to this framework is to manage the aspect of unequal distribution of population in the Victorian regions and the availability of healthcare resources to all of them. A holistic approach is needed to make this objective possible. The framework has that positive approach towards managing the needs of people.
