Organizational culture can be explained as the system of shared values, thought-process, assumptions as well as beliefs that governs how people interact and behave in the company.
These shared aspects in terms of values have a much deeper and stronger influence on the employees of the organization as it guides them who to act, perform and work their best at the jobs.
