Although outsized influence
of small states in the Senate is not justified in a broader perspective, it can be however, a big challenge for a democratic reformation by changing in the filibusters. There have been many argumentative discussions regarding the small state advantages in the senate rules, arising from past few decades. The chamber was formed and the way the constitution was constructed, is now supposedly creating imbalance in the political structure of the Senate (Keena).
