In the case of transition from a student to a graduate nurse, several numbers of issues can be identified. In the transition period of mine, I have experienced multiple numbers of issues among them the time mana
gement was the most noticeable issue. Being a graduate nurse at the very beginning I have faced challenges and difficulties to negotiate my duty and other essential jobs. A common problem of time management I have faced at the time of care for multiple numbers of patients simultaneously (Chang, & Daly, 2019). The workload, working in a different shift and other collaborative approaches in the profession need a huge range of time management skills (Kossek, & Ollier-Malaterre, 2020). A good distribution of time in every field of the profession initially made me worried about it. At the initial stage, I become quite diverted and not being able to focus my job properly due to the lack of proper time management.
Various strategies can be implemented in case of dealing with that issue. Two strategies that I have found effective are being mentioned below
1. Making a list of tasks and allocation of time for each task.
2. Avoiding procrastination.
The above mentioned two strategies that can be adopted in case of dealing with the issues of time management. Preparation of a goal-orientated task list and distribution time according to the priority of the task is one of the crucial jobs of the profession (Victor, 2017). Before starting my daily routine I generally prefer to list all of my daily activities. Behavioral change is one of the major keys to managing time well (Nayak, 2018). Avoidance of procrastination indicates the improvement of the yield of managerial efforts. Utilization of time in an effective manner by shaping the behavior can result in a productive outcome (Gašević, et al., 2019). I have considered those two strategies as a major arsenal in dealing with my time management issues.

The profession of nursing is being considered as a sacred and dignified job. Differences can be seen in the current role as a student nurse and a graduate RN. As a student nurse, the major difference that I can find is being mentioned below.
1. The difference in Taking responsibility and decision making behavior
2. Experience and commitment to the profession.
In discussing the major differences between a student nurse and a graduate RN, I have considered the above-mentioned points those are needed to be focused. In my current role as a student nurse, I can find a less degree of commitment to the job as compared to a registered nurse. As I have only the practice knowledge regarding any situation, hence a lower degree of decision-making ability can be observed (Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF), 2018). In the learning face of my career as a student nurse, I am being taught throughout the course every detail of the nursing profession. The propensity of taking responsibilities in case of handling any patient is lower in the case of a student nurse...
