SOCIOLOGY DISCUSSION
    The social groups are associated with the people who share their opinion and thoughts on a specific topic Other than that they also interact between themselves. On the other hand the collection of people are coincidentally in the same place but it is ot necessary for them to interact or share their thought processes with the others in that place (Yıldız-Geyhan, Eren, et al. 2019). If the collection of people can identify any kind of social bond between themselves or similarity between themselves it can enable them to connect with each other. Thus they can be on the road to become a potential social group.
    Groups can be considered as a team as well and that is the reason why there is a need for proper leadership as well. These leaders can help in increasing the morality and conscience of the people associated with the group. A good group leadership can also help in uplifting the group spirit as well (Lorinkova, Natalia and Sara Jansen Perry, 2019). The group leadership can be developed through understanding the difference of opinion and mentality of the people associated with the group and balancing them out with proper strategies.
    There are different factors that contribute to the development of group conformity. It depends on the group size, higher status of the group, high group cohesiveness and the unanimity (Vollmer, Anna-Lisa, et al. 2018). Besides that culture, gender and age also enables it group to enforce the group conformity according to the majority of the group members.
