Robert Dahl has constantly focused on the aspect that the constitution is not a sacred text. The democratic system in the United States is not the best and it does not meet the standards of modern democracy. The authority sizes the system of government on the fact that this particular system is very much common in most of the countries which are under development and it is no better than any other democratic system across the globe.
