You are allowed to re-submit your research answers twice after receiving feedback from your assessor on the unsatisfactory answers. The recommended number of words for this research is 1000 words.

1. Aim of Work Health & Safety and its Act
The aim of the Work Health & Safety is to secure greater health along with the safety for the workers along with the workspaces. This is done with the elimination of risks and the effective consultation and compliance of the appropriate measures. The Act pertaining to the beauty treatment – Work & Safety Act 2011 is associated to the various legislations (ACT, 2017)
2. Aim of Anti-discrimination, including equal opportunity, racial vilification, disability discrimination
The Australian Human Rights Commission Act has the legislation associated with the discrimination that forms the basis for race, sex and color and also does cover the discrimation basis disability. The aim is to protect the society from any discrimination and the harassment (Australian Human Rights Commission, 2015)
3. Aim of the Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act)
The aim of Privacy Act (1988) is to regulate the manner in which the personal information is handled. The information can be in any form - opinion or the material in a form - recorded or elsewise. There are thirteen principles forming part of it (OAIC, 2015). This aids in utilizing the service provisioned by the providers with relation to the personal information (OAIC, 2015).The Privacy Act was formulates for the reasons that the personal information does not get utilized by the third party for their own benefits.
4. Aim of Public Health (Infection Control for Personal Appearance Services) Act 2003
Aim of the Public Health (Infection Control for Personal Appearance Services) Act 2003, is associated with minimizing the risk of various infections that can result from the various personal services offered in the arena of hairdressing, skin penetration and the beauty therapy and the collectivity of this is referred to as the personal appearance services (Health.Qld, 2017).
