Introduction
This report discusses regarding the marketing strategies of Bounce Fitness along with the marketing expectations and results obtained from this research (Swaid, Khanfar & Loudon, 2019). Bounce Fitness is an organization, which is an amusement center.
Task 2
2.1 Target audience of the organization
The target audience of the organization includes people who are suffering from unhealthy practices in their daily life and are leading an unhealthy life (Dodson, 2016). They tend to provide customized services to the customers based on their necessities.
2.2 Target strategies and objectives
The strategies of the organization include gaining data from the customers regarding their requirements and necessities (O’Hara, Duarte & Esteves, 2017). They provide various convenient services to their customers such that they could improve their customer base.
2.3 Key performance indicators
The key indicators of this project include the data that had been extracted from the organizational data and the data that had been obtained from the customers (Devine & Devine, 2017). Some more indicators include the outcomes that have been obtained from the analysis.
2.4 Monitoring the policies
The monitoring of the policies is to be carried out with the help of ensuring the fact that the policies that have been selected are completely relevant to the organization (Sajid, 2016). Besides, it should be ensured that the employees of the organization abide by the policies. Other than that, implementation and application of the policies in proper place are highly necessary. Besides, Linné & Pedersen, (2016) have added that it is further required to supervise their implementing processes as well.
