Module 4. Assignment Part 1 of this assignment: Google ‘news stories about elder abuse in nursing homes.’ You should find a number of news stories about older people who have been abused or neglected in nursing homes from which to choose. You may choose one of those, or you may find a news story in a newspaper about someone who has abused an older person in their home. After finding a story that has sufficient detail that you understand what has happened in the case, and what steps have been taken by the police and/or social services, please write a short (1-page, double-spaced) paper. 	The case occurs in Ontario Canada, with an elderly named Frank. Frank Piccolo was a chemistry teacher who developed dementia after retirement. He was resided in a nursing home with other dementia patients. According to The Conversation, 2022, another woman with dementia entered Frank’s bedroom in the residence and hit him with wooden objects until he bled heavily. Such case occurs due to neglect in a healthcare residence. This case can be classified as neglect as the staffs were missing when the incident occurred, and they appeared when Frank was bleeding heavily all over the floor. The neglect of care towards the patients often arises a mental unsatisfaction which often results in such conflicts.
	Some steps were taken to deal with the victim Frank in this case. Resident to resident visits by the patients were reduced to reduce the risk of such incidents. The reporting of different behaviour of a patient was compulsorised to take action at a proper time to avoid such incidents.
