Introduction
This is a discussion with a real-world observation while going on a ride-along with a police officer where I observed various types of criminal justice system. It was on 6th March, 2022 I went to the Thousand Oaks Police Station. Here I went for a ride along with Chief in Police, Jeremy Paris. I asked the chief on his personal opinions on specific issues. It was fascinating to listen of his experience on what the police officers do in dealing with the criminal justice system (City of Thousand Oaks, 2021).
Analysis
The theme was precisely based on my experience while on a ride with the police officers and the knowledge I was able to acquire. I was greeted by the police officers as soon as I arrived in the police station. One of the officers took me for a tour of the Thousand Oaks Police Station. The officer answered all the questions with confidence and gratitude. It was obvious that the police officers enjoyed their duty in Thousand Oaks Police Station due to the pastiche attitude in dealing with every situation. Further, they were responsible and managed their time in productive works along with full utilization of the free-time.
It was also stated by the Chief of Thousand Oaks Police Station that they go for patrol as per the schedule. The deputies were discussing with each other’s on a criminal case which happened in the community.
