You will decide on your position - whether or not you are in favor of the ban. Make sure your sources are reliable/credible. Use sites ending in: .org, .gov., or .edu. Remember: Wikis, as well as discussion boards, are often quite useful for preliminary research; however, they are not considered credible sources that you can use in your final data. I'd like to see you consider the following: 1.For the final claim: you do not need to tell us what the purpose is. Instead, just state your position. For example: The soda ban will help alleviate the problem of obesity in America. 2. For your counterclaim: remember to recognize the other side of the argument.
