Your company has secured an opportunity to investigate potential service requirements of a large organisation, as outlined in the Case Study documentation. You will need to analyse the business domain, prepare a business proposal and present it to your client in accordance with current organisational standards. Assessment Instruction Please complete each of the following sections, answering each part following the Case Study scenario. This assessment contains 2 Parts (A and B). Part A: Develop proposals for new business initiatives to negotiate with clients on a business level Develop a draft business proposal to cover new initiatives and opportunities for your client.
