Please review, analyze, and critique the following tutorials on Teachtechedu.com: Communicate, Change Requests, and Control. Briefly summarize the tutorials. When writing your summary, please cite your textbook on at least three important major points covered in each of the tutorials. Thus, you would have at least nine citations that would be tied to only one reference- your textbook. Please include a page number in each of your citations but NO QUOTING PLEASE! Example: (Schwalbe, 2018 p. 14). The use of inline citations would be welcomed. In addition to your concise summaries, please give your recommendations as to how you would improve each of the tutorials.

Critical Summary
    Leading any team needs much self-confidence and knowledge of others who work with their teams. Nevertheless, project managers must take a bigger step in collaborating with a creative team. This is because in this case a project manager needs not only to think about the project, but also the larger picture of the deliverable, without lost sight of everyday details. Communication is not just barking or conveying directives, it is also questioning. Communication is a two-way street, and if one go one way, one will be stuck in an impasse (Schwalbe, 2015).
Of course, various projects require different communications methods. Large projects need more communication plan structure, but smaller projects don't mean that one can just wing the communication plan. Without background, but they must be made, communication plans must be developed. When the interaction system in a project is formalized, steps are taken to make the project successful. Interaction strategy for a larger project, since what one does not need is more easily removed than added afterwards.
Knowing the Project Culture
To establish an effective plan, it is essential to know the communications context. It means that the organization's culture is known.
Starting with the Background
Someone needs to have a clear picture of what it is that one is communicating before successful communications can begin. As supported by Schwalbe (2015), when explaining the project environment, one know the conditions, so to speak, and it allows the stakeholders and the team to be involved.
Analyzing the Situation
One could have a very close-knit group that interacts easily in order to remove all the shortcomings and get advantages in preparation. However, perhaps the stakeholders are unable to communicate the progress of the project. The shortcomings and strengths are not stained with rocks. They can be potential springboards and they should be used as such. Now one has an opportunity to improve communication. As suggested by Schwalbe (2015), they should be mindful of and record all the strengths, vulnerabilities, opportunities and even risks to communications.
Recommendations for Improving the Tutorial
This tutorial could have shown that a communication strategy defines a structured way of interacting with fellow employees, supervisors and other business contacts. The program lays out how to communicate, rather than leaving the process to the workers.
