This proposal provides the framework of the actions that will be taken in development of the work-integrated report. This report will help in improving the future growth as it critically (better to justify (right and left align paragraphs) the industrial placement, personal skills, which are strong and skills, which need to be developed in achieving the growth. Then the gap analysis will be conducted to examine the skills and behavior against the job. 2.0 Description of the Organisation The organisation where I am currently working is LongRun International. This organisation has been specialised in the project marketing sales, resales, management of the property, business sales and real estate training. This organisation is categorised under the real estate industry and the role I pursued is sales and marketing manager. Due to being the manager of the organisation, the roles pursued by me are creating of the marketing strategies, which are required to increase the awareness about the product to the potential buyer, development of the marketing strategies based on the cultural demographics of the project and conduction of recruitment and training of the new recruits about sales and marketing such as door knocking with guide books, social media marketing, road show marketing, letter drop marketing and property expo-marketing. The position I wanted to aspire is becoming the head of the department of sales and marketing. 3.0 Overview of Plan For the successful completion of the assessment 2, I need to collect the information on the four criteria, which is industry placement review, personal skills and behavior, future skills and behavior and gap analysis. For industry placement review, information related to the industrial placement position is given. In this case, mine is that of a full-time worker as the manager in the organisation. Then, research will be done on the organisation, my current industry with the help of the internet. Competition in the industry can be analysed using Porter five points. (no need for Porter – focus on you) For personal skills and behavior, feedback will be taken from the supervisors, other team members using the feedback form, analyses of the LPA and Gallup results are done and conduction of the SWOT analysis is done. For behaviour analysis, ethical theories can be used as guide. For future skills and behaviour, the research on the future job will be done by analysing the job description, taking interview of the people who are at that current position, conduction of interview of the HR and conduction research on the internet.
