These tutorial questions are available in the Tutorial Folder for each week on Blackboard. The Interactive Tutorials are designed to assist students with the process, skills and knowledge to answer the provided tutorial questions. arketing strategies and plans. The company can use different media and tools for providing information about the educational services offered by the organization. Now we can analyse the effective marketing strategies that the company can use for attracting more students and for improving the brand image.
Analysing the Marketing Strategies for Education Industry
1. Social Media Marketing Strategy
The educational institutions can use different social media platforms for informing potential students about various course and facilities. Most of the international colleges and educational agencies considered social media as a cost-effective tool for attracting more students. As per the report of Forbes (2019), young people are spending more time with social media, so if we are developing effective social media strategy it helps the colleges for getting more students and it also helps the colleges for informing a large number of people about their various course and services (Ratten 2020). With the help of social media, the college authorities can also know about the interest of the students towards the various course and it helps them for devising productive educational strategies and plans. With help of social media, we can able to showcase our campus, students and faculty achievements 
2. Conducting Webinars and Alumni meets 
For attracting more students, we can conduct a free webinar, we can use different platforms such as google meet or Zoom for conducting the webinar. By conducting the webinar we can able to communicate the potential students and their parents about the facilities and various courses offered by the college and it also helps for getting a list of interested students. The college can also conduct alumni meet and it helps for sharing their feelings about the college in the social media platforms or television channels. Alumni meets also helps for getting the students from different parts of the world.
4. Personalized E-mail
It is easy to get a database of the students who want to join for different courses. After collecting the database, we have to develop an attractive e-mail that helps for creating an interest among the potential students. In the mail, we have to include the course details, facilities and fees related to various courses. We also have to show the tie-up with the business organizations and agencies (Suman et al 2020). 
5. Sending Messages to Mobile Phones
By using the database, we can send messages to the potential student's mobile phones, if we are providing our phone number and website details it helps the students to contact the college and it helps him or her to know more about the college.

Yes, I agree with the Lovemarks concept, we know the fact that customer needs and interest are changing and it is the duty of the company to create loyal customers and for creating loyalty we have to integrate the feelings and emotions of the customers and company. While analysing the video we can understand that emotional branding always helps for understanding the needs of the customers and it also helps for making customers happy. According to the words of Kevin, the companies has to put efforts into creating an emotional bond. Emotional bond with products or brand helps the company for getting more customers because the emotional bond is deep and lasting.
