Title IX addresses sexual harassment and misconduct regarding GCU students and faculty . This will impact university in a positive way because everyone should have the right to be free safe and protected against harm or injury. Title IX clearly communicates GCU zero tolerance regarding sexual harassment and misconduct with any medium that my cause unwanted and inappropriate behavior. This however is not a new problem and needs to be absolutely brought to the for front of how we as a society and culture refuse to tolerate and view sexual misconduct harassment of any kind . I agree with the polices and the outlined repercussions for violating these hard and fast rules. I think that in closing, sexual harassment and misconduct come in many shapes and forms and we have a choice on what to do and not do. We must as a society strive for higher ground and lower tolerance .

Trevor you are definitely right every student and staff memeber should be able to feel safe when attending school wheteher it is in a classroom setting or as an online student. Title IX has really become a problem for some students being comfortable and being able to attend school, and obtain a college degree with no interruption or problmes at all. It has been a problem for years that has been going on and not really something new that has been occurring recently but it has been occurring for a while now. People are taking their lifes by committing suicide and killing their self behind, cyberbullying, sexual assault, secxual harrassment, and rape. I think whoever committs those crucial mishappenings needs to be punished for it with a zero tolerance zone.

· It is rightly indicated by Trever that the Title IX (GCU, 2018) is interpre
ted as right framework for ensuring the safety and protection against harm in GCU. GCU has expressed its zero tolerance towards sexual harassment and possible misconduct in the university premises. However still there rather than through rules and enforcement, society as a whole should recognize its moral obligation and should strive for higher ground. I will agree with Trever that the harassment do arise in numerous forms...
