‘Poor Kids’ is a Frontline production created with a true vision. I consider this film as an inevitable piece of creation, setting aside the prevalent trends of superhero movies; this documentary clearly reflects that dark side of America (PBS Frontline). Americans tend to celebrate holidays or any other festival without taking into consideration that some kids might not even have access to basic resources such as food. I consider that this film straightaway reflects poverty in America through kid’s perspective because 1 in five children in America are living below poverty line while, one in every 45 children is homeless.
