Proper working condition is a must as all the workers need this basic standard to be met at the workplace where it is mostly physical work. If there is an issue in meeting these standards than it means the basic ethics is compromised and hence the ethical issue. Even the factory management was accused of not calling an ambulance when one of the workers suffered a major injury in the head and shoulder while lifting loads.
